Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Monitor patient vitals, interpret dysrhythmias, and utilize telemetry equipment
• Document patient assessments and care plans using electronic charting systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Participate in building and staffing a newly established unit
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Compact Nursing License
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units
• BLS, ACLS certifications required prior to start
• Experience with telemetry interpretation and dysrhythmia analysis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a community hospital setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, building-from-the-ground-up environment
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records systems
