- Ocala, FL
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, M-F with one weekend rotation per month, 36-hour guaranteed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and patient management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehab center
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
