• Full-time, 4 shifts per week, days (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services including patient assessments and care management.
• Administer treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure compliance with all facility protocols and safety standards.
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to different facilities within the Cleveland Clinic system as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Ohio RRT license in hand.
• Active NBRC certification (CRT or RRT accepted).
• AHA BLS certification (active and in hand at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must include all work history, including Cleveland Clinic positions, in profile.
• Current negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen (within 12 months).
• Available for travel compliance and background checks as specified.
• Must be nicotine-free; smoke-free facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital setting, particularly at Cleveland Clinic.
• Ability to float and adapt to different facility environments efficiently.
• Strong documentation skills and compliance knowledge.
