Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temporary assignment (13 to 26 weeks)
• Dayshift with 4x10-hour shifts
• Must be open to working 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity volume of 55-63 patients per week
• Document patient progress using Raintree EMR system
• Adhere to scheduled hours and treatment plans
• Complete assigned Healthstream modules prior to start date for compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts
• Availability to work evenings as required
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Raintree

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient care experience in a busy practice
• Strong documentation and patient management skills
• Adaptability to flexible scheduling and productivity expectations
