Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts (3x12 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ICU patient care according to established protocols and procedures
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients’ conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting as required
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
- Float within the hospital as needed to support various units
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania or Compact Nursing License (required at time of submission)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience or as specified in the job description
- COVID-19 vaccination status and booster required
- Ability to complete background and drug screening within specified timelines
- SSN and DOB required at the time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to float across multiple ICU units as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
