Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 36 hours per week, 4 shifts of 9 hours each, between 6:45 am and 4:15 pm, with call rotation

Key Responsibilities
• Provide sterile and non-sterile support to surgical teams during procedures
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for daily procedures
• Assist during surgeries by passing instruments and maintaining sterile environments
• Respond to on-call requests, returning to the facility within 45 minutes as needed
• Support orthopedic surgeries, utilizing relevant experience and skills

Required Qualifications
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST or equivalent)
• Prior orthopedic surgery experience is required
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call-back requests within 45 minutes
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a hospital OR setting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
