Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

• Velva, ND

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Manage and monitor patient health, including wound care and IV therapy
• Document patient notes accurately in electronic medical records (PCC)
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality resident care
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards for dementia, memory loss, and other chronic conditions
• Support residents with daily activities and therapeutic needs

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facility operations preferred
• Ability to manage complex patient needs including wound care and IV therapy
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (PCC experience preferred)
• Knowledge of medication administration and resident care protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with dementia or memory care patients
• Familiarity with EMR systems and IV certification for LPNs (if applicable)
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
