- Rotating shifts, full-time (36-40 hours per week guaranteed)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bilingual in English and relevant languages (if applicable)
