Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with recovery and rehabilitation through therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient demand.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics if required.
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient settings.
• Strong patient evaluation and communication skills.
