Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown unit.
- Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans.
- Document patient observations and interventions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts, with a schedule of three shifts per week.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Flexibility to work in a travel assignment setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
