Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 80 hours biweekly, working 3 shifts per week (3x12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Adapt to varying patient needs and prioritize care effectively.
• Follow established protocols to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license on file at the time of submission.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• NIHSS certification required prior to start date.
• TNCC certification or proof of class with recent date (must be included).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER or related unit experience.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certifications such as CEN, ENPC, CPEN, or ABLS are a plus.
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure emergency settings.

Additional Information
• Travel rates are available; local, radius, and travel stipends apply.
• No block scheduling; shifts offered Monday through Sunday.
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
• Complete work history, including bed count, facility type, and EMR systems, is required for submission.
• Reliable transportation is necessary; personal or rental vehicle recommended.
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April.
