Key Responsibilities
• Provide rehabilitative treatments and therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
• Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions
• Support patient mobility and functional improvement through hands-on care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Valid PTA license or certification in the state of Illinois
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and treatment protocols
