Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in a clinical setting.
• Maintain productivity of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Manage a caseload with double-booking of follow-up visits when necessary.
• Collaborate with clinic team members to ensure patient care goals are met.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Float to other clinics as needed to support staffing needs.

Required Qualifications
• Current state of Colorado physical therapy license or verification of application.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with new graduates or first-time travelers welcomed.
• Experience working with a variety of patient cases, including follow-up visits.
