Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate nursing care to patients and their families in the operating room.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
• Manage daily patient flow, prioritize care, and promote patient satisfaction.
• Triage incoming patient requests and deliver patient education to facilitate treatment plans and wellness.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures following safety guidelines.
• Coordinate care with other practices and departments to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a valid compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an operating room environment.
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle high patient and provider communication volumes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
