Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress.
• Work up to 40 hours weekly, with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 12-14 patients per day and 60 visits per week.
• Float to other clinics as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with patient populations encountered in outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols and documentation requirements.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinics within the region.
