Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Follow clinical protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support patient engagement and ensure a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or inpatient healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of ambulatory rehabilitation therapies.
