Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery goals.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support patient engagement and ensure a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Required Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or inpatient healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of ambulatory rehabilitation therapies.
