• Travel, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, including advanced procedures such as bedside bronchoscopy.
• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately using the Meditech system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid VA licensure to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• NBRC credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a level 1 trauma center.
• Familiarity with PB980 vents, V60 NIV, and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude aligned with a family-oriented culture.
