Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide infusion therapy including biologics, chemotherapy, and blood products in a clinical setting.
• Administer IV medications and manage venous access, including Ports, PIVs, and Ultrasound-guided PIVs.
• Perform therapeutic phlebotomies and manage hypersensitivity reactions.
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during infusion procedures.
• Follow established protocols for chemo/immunotherapy administration and line management.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Proven experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of IV therapy, central line access, and management.
• Ability to perform a variety of infusion therapies, including biologics and chemotherapy.
• Comfort with venous access procedures and infusion therapies.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• ONS (Oxygen/nutrition support) preferred.
• Experience working in Boston-based healthcare settings or prior BILH experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
