• Full-time, temporary (13 to 26 weeks)
• 8.5-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Open to 4x10-hour shifts with flexibility for 2 evenings per week (until 7:30 PM)
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a schedule of 55-63 patients per week
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and patient safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Active PT license in Massachusetts
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing high patient volumes efficiently
