Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health status, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Current nursing license with no restrictions.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Compassionate patient care skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts consistently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
