Schedule / Job Type
- 3 shifts per week, nights, 12-hour shifts, contract / temporary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living and perform routine nursing duties
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols to ensure resident well-being
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of West Virginia
- Prior experience in long-term care or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a nursing facility
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
