• Days, Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients within designated counties, primarily in Area #8 (Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington), and possibly outside areas such as Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont) or Area 7 (Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville)
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
• Travel as needed to cover patient caseloads, including weekends if required
• Adhere to all credentialing, safety, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Current California PT License
• BLS certification
• Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and registration
• Up-to-date TB, MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, and Flu vaccinations
• Successful completion of drug screening and physical examination

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient or home health environments preferred
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
• Flexibility to travel outside primary service areas and work weekends as needed
