Key Responsibilities

• Perform electroencephalogram (EEG) testing and related procedures in an acute hospital setting.
• Cover day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on a 3x12 schedule.
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage for the hospital, including at least one weekend per month.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic charting system.
• Float within the hospital scope to meet operational needs, including coverage across affiliated facilities.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain compliance with all safety and certification standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of EEG tech experience.
• Valid EEG certification and BLS certification.
• Proficiency in Epic charting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be willing to work in a magnet facility with Level II Trauma designation in Alaska.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of neurodiagnostic procedures and hospital workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state license (pending licenses accepted with a 10-12 week processing time).
