Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing rehabilitation therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Support patients' recovery and promote a safe healing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or a related healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with patient rehabilitation programs.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
