LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

Job Title

• LVN / LPN for Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

• Papillion, NE

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract (18 weeks), Onsite, Mids shift (2 PM – 10 PM), 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Deliver quality patient care during evening shifts, primarily 2 PM to 10 PM
• Work every other weekend to ensure continuity of care
• Follow all clinical protocols and facility guidelines
• Participate in clinical interviews and submit availability for interview scheduling
• Comply with all certification and documentation requirements, including submitting NE DHHS documents within 48 hours of placement

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN/LPN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Experience in LTC or SNF preferred
• Strong clinical skills and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
