Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient health status and document observations and interventions accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in night shift nursing
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
