Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, including seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Utilize double booking of follow-up visits to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Share float responsibilities across multiple clinics as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and supervisors to meet patient care goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics when necessary.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a diverse patient population.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience strongly preferred.
