Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to help patients develop or recover daily living and work skills
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is sanitized and ready for use
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and healthcare technology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices
