Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
• Participate in call shifts and weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Float to different areas within the unit based on acuity and staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Delaware or Compact license with RN License number and expiration date.
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Must have scrub and circulate skills (no exceptions).
• Full SSN, date of birth, and current address required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with night shift schedules.
• Ability to handle variable shifts and float within various areas of the unit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
