X-Ray Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Operate radiologic equipment accurately and safely in accordance with facility protocols
- Document and chart all patient imaging activities using Epic electronic health records system
- Participate in on-call coverage, with approximately 3 on-call shifts required per month
- Float to affiliate facilities nearby the contracted location as operationally needed
- Adhere to facility compliance standards, scheduling requirements, and holiday coverage commitments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience
- Active Oregon radiologic technology license (may be submitted as pending)
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting system
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates considered at a different rate tier)
- Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
- Must be available to work 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital or large acute care facility (500+ beds)
- Familiarity with Radiology and Cardiology/Cath Lab environments
- Experience with travel contract assignments in a healthcare setting
