Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in a Level III Trauma Center setting
• Float between units as needed, adhering to hospital protocols
• Manage patient conditions with attention to safety, comfort, and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver coordinated emergency services
• Work rotating weekends and block schedules as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid State of Washington or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 6 months of employment within the last three years in a similar ER setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week
• Certification or experience in emergency nursing care preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience using EPIC electronic health record system
• Prior work in a Level III Trauma Center or similar acute care environment
• Flexibility to float within hospital units and adapt to changing patient needs
