Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, with flexibility to float to other units as needed.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately within Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including cardiac and orthopedic cases, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and federal/state regulations.
• Complete required onboarding, including EKG exams and competencies for floating assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a hospital setting, with strong orthopedic and telemetry skills.
• At least 1 year experience with Epic EMR.
• ACLS certification required.
• Ability to perform and complete EKG assessments during onboarding.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.

• Recent experience working in a large healthcare facility.
• Proven ability to float between units with demonstrated competencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
