Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days (3x12-hour shifts), contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units, with potential to float to other units as needed.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress using Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to clinical emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Complete onboarding requirements, including EKG exams and ACLS certification.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a hospital setting, specifically in Med Surg or Tele units.
• At least one year of experience with Epic EMR.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory.
• Ability to perform EKG exams during onboarding.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong orthopedic nursing experience.
• Ability to float to diverse units based on hospital needs.
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or large healthcare facility.
