Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care and support to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
  • Monitor and record patient health status, report significant changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments following prescribed orders
  • Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Required Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Previous experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, safety procedures, and medication administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working 12-hour shifts or in a similar fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
