Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in an LTC/SNF setting
  • Monitor and evaluate residents' health status and document findings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Maine
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working with elderly populations
  • Knowledge of current nursing practices and protocols
  • BLS/CPR certification
