Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in an LTC/SNF setting
- Monitor and evaluate residents' health status and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Maine
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with elderly populations
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and protocols
- BLS/CPR certification
