Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of compassionate caregivers in delivering high-quality resident care
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and resident outcomes to ensure optimal well-being
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate person-centered care
• Foster a positive environment that emphasizes quality, respect, and resident satisfaction
• Maintain and elevate nationally recognized care standards through continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; LPN with strong skilled nursing leadership experience considered
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional, person-centered care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a healthcare team
• Experience with care planning and regulatory compliance in long-term care
• Knowledge of quality standards and best practices in skilled nursing
