Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, 5x8 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and intra-operative nursing care within a surgical setting
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with surgical teams to coordinate patient care during procedures
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and institution policies
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Op and PACU, preferably in an ambulatory setting
• Valid California RN license (must be active at time of submission)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Two supervisor references from within the last year and a current Nursys report
• COVID vaccination confirmation and compliance with travel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an operating room environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends on an occasional basis
• Interest in converting to permanent employment opportunity
• LVN with IV certification or accredited school certification for related roles
