Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients to improve their functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate interventions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with therapy documentation systems
• Knowledge of current best practices in occupational therapy
