Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress throughout therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Valid state-issued Occupational Therapist license
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices
