Job Title
• Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Location
• Greensboro, NC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Nights, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on specialized needs such as neurological injuries, post-surgical recovery, and general debility.
• Perform patient assessments, interpret laboratory results, and conduct medication reconciliation.
• Administer treatments such as dressing changes using aseptic techniques and prepare sterile procedure trays.
• Collect and label specimens (capillary, throat, urine), and perform phlebotomy.
• Manage patient communications through telephone triage and handle pharmacy calls and refill requests.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care rehab experience. No first-time travelers.
• Ability to pass the Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RNs.
• BLS certification.
• EPIC electronic health record system experience.
• Knowledge of interpretation of laboratory results, vital signs monitoring, and patient history documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation such as CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and neurological diagnoses.
• Previous inpatient rehab or specialized care for patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
