Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting

• Manage and administer medications in collaboration with a Medication Aide

• Perform wound care assessments and treatments for assigned residents

• Administer and monitor IV therapy as required

• Support residents with diagnoses including dementia, memory loss, and therapy-related needs

• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage on an every-other basis

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or compact state eligibility

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment

• Proficiency or ability to work within an electronic medical records system

• Ability to complete facility-specific orientation prior to independent assignment

• Availability to work 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience using PointClickCare (PCC) EMR system

• Experience caring for patients with dementia, memory loss, or complex wound care needs

• Familiarity with IV therapy administration in a skilled nursing environment
