- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, days, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Level II Maternal Women & Children Pavilion with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU
- Support high-risk perinatal patients across labor, antepartum, and postpartum units, ensuring 1:1 staffing in labor and appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios in postpartum and antepartum care
- Collaborate with delivering providers, CRNAs, surgical techs, CNAs, and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with triage, manage patient documentation in EPIC, and adhere to hospital protocols
- Float within hospital units and to sister facilities as needed, maintaining compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal-fetal care
- Current WA RN license or valid Compact license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and weekends, including holiday coverage
- Experience with EPIC charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in facilities with 100+ deliveries annually, preferably 200+ deliveries
- Prior experience working in high-risk perinatal care settings
- Comfortable working in Level III NICU environments and with high-acuity obstetric patients
