Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-risk perinatal care to labor and delivery patients at a Level II Trauma Center.
- Monitor and care for patients during labor, postpartum, and antepartum stages following facility protocols.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers including CRNAs, physicians, and support staff.
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record system.
- Float within units as needed, maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
- Support triage with skilled RN staff to assess incoming patients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
- Valid Washington RN license or Compact State license.
- BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to float within hospital units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in facilities with 200+ deliveries preferred.
- Strong understanding of high-risk obstetric and neonatal care.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
