• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk perinatal care to labor and delivery patients at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Monitor and care for patients during labor, postpartum, and antepartum stages following facility protocols.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers including CRNAs, physicians, and support staff.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record system.
• Float within units as needed, maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
• Support triage with skilled RN staff to assess incoming patients.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Valid Washington RN license or Compact State license.
• BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to float within hospital units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in facilities with 200+ deliveries preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-risk obstetric and neonatal care.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
