• Monitor patient responses to therapy and report updates to supervising therapists.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or physical therapy setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient safety procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and equipment.
