Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting.
- Monitor patient health and assist with daily living activities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
- Strong patient assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience nights shifts in long-term care.
- BLS certification.
