• Nights, Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients based on physician prescriptions and treatment plans
• Perform airway management, mechanical ventilation, and other advanced respiratory procedures
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
• Complete accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards in the clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of North Carolina
• EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system experience
• Ability to pass EKG exam during compliance process (2 attempts allowed)
• Education verification through a third-party provider
• Clear background check with no pending cases
• Valid driver’s license to confirm local residency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience with float assignments across multiple healthcare facilities
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and hospital protocols
