  • Part-time, 3 shifts per week, day shifts, 12.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
  • Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
  • Monitor and report patient conditions to the healthcare team
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working 12-hour shifts
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
