- Part-time, 3 shifts per week, day shifts, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Monitor and report patient conditions to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working 12-hour shifts
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
