Job Title
• LVN / LPN - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location
• Santa Fe, NM

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, local only

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and well-being
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Adhere to all facility protocols and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous employment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar environment
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
