Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Follow care plans and document patient conditions accurately.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota.
• Recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with night shifts is a plus.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
