Schedule / Job Type
- Contract, 12-hour days, alternating weekly (Thurs-Wed), 36/48 hours guaranteed per week, working days from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working 12-hour shifts in a long-term care environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
